In the app
Draft for legal review. Version 1, 24 October 2026. Open RitamSage and go to Profile. Scroll to the end, tap Delete account, read the message and tap Delete permanently. Your account is deleted straight away, and we send a confirmation to its email address.
What is deleted
Everything linked to your account: your sign-in, birth details and chart, the birth details of people you added, saved town, username, display name and photo, age confirmation, saved deity, connections and groups, practices, points, knowledge cards, mantra rounds, spoken intentions, questions to Sage and their answers, and your feedback. Signing in again later starts a new, empty account.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email ritamsage@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my RitamSage account", from the address you sign in with. So that nobody can delete someone else's account, we reply only to the address on the account and ask you to confirm, and we delete it only after you confirm from that address. We delete it within 30 days of your confirmation and tell you when it is done.
What is not affected
The totals of how often each song was played and the counts of deity names asked for hold no account, name or device, so they stay. One-way play and request codes delete themselves after 48 hours. A notification token goes when you turn notes off, after 3 failed sends or after 90 days unseen.
Backups and logs
Copies in our database backups are replaced within 7 days. Request logs at our hosts are kept at most 30 days. Crash reports, which carry no account, expire within 90 days.
On your phone
Your reflections, notification settings, recently played songs and the widget stay on your phone until you uninstall the app.
