About these terms
Draft for legal review. Version 1, 24 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and [Owner to fill: legal entity name] ("we") about using the RitamSage app and ritamsage.com. By signing in you accept them.
Who can use RitamSage
You must be 18 or older, and you confirm this when you sign in. Your account is for you alone.
What RitamSage is
RitamSage offers readings of your day from the Vedic tradition, simple practices, knowledge cards, music and tools for timing. Readings are for reflection and planning. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice; what you do with them is your decision.
Sage
Sage is an AI guide, not a person. Its answers are written by an AI model from facts in your chart and checked against it, but they can still be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for decisions about health, law or money.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep that account secure: what happens under your sign-in is your responsibility. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by trying to get around the app's fair-use limits or to harm the service or other people.
Other people
Add another person's birth details only with their permission. Connections see each other's chart, username and photo only when both accept; be kind in what you share.
Price
The app is free at launch. If we add paid features, we will show what they include and their price before you can buy them.
Fair use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app's readings, music or artwork; do not reach our server other than through the app; and do not try to get around the limits that keep the service affordable for everyone.
Our content and yours
The app, its readings, music, artwork, the Tumburu mark and the RitamSage name belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may use them in the app for your own personal use. What you write (your questions, intentions and notes) stays yours; you let us store it and show it to you so the app can work.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep RitamSage available and correct, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and a reading or a festival date may differ from another calendar's. We may change or stop features.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make using the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (nothing, while the app is free). Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are heard by the courts where [Owner to fill: legal entity name] is registered, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them where you live.
Changes
When these terms change, we update the version and date above and tell you in the app.
